The Retreat is a 1,650 Square Foot 3-Bedroom/3-Bath split level Town Home. Inside you will find 2 Master Bedrooms, both with full baths and a third Bedroom that includes a Queen bed and Trundle Bed that will sleep four comfortably. All rooms include TV's with Cable. The bottom floor features a Mud Room, Guest Bath, Living Room and Dining Room with Gourmet Kitchen. Inside the Kitchen you will find new granite countertops with new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher.

In October 2006 the Retreat had a $50,000.00 remodel to all appliances, furnishings and interior decorations. A Wi-Fi internet connection was installed to go along with the Broadband service that was already in place.

For those of you who wish to brave the elements and hit the slopes, it doesn't get any easier than to ski right down your own run that ends just a few feet away from your front door. Ski down to the Silver Star Lift directly in front of the new Sundance Headquarters or ski down to the right and you are at the Eagle, Three Kings, or First Time Lift all located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort.

Inside the Retreat you will find all the amenities that you would expect to have in your very own home. Including a brand new cozy fireplace and a big screen TV (cable included) to list just a few of the various treasures you will enjoy during your stay.
